Inspect goods before signing; report visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours. Return and exchange matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Generally, COSOVA will be responsible for returns due to defects, wrong items or transit damage. Returns due to customer preference may incur shipping and refurbishment fees, and items opened or compromising resaleability may be non-returnable.

Warranty: Warranty periods and coverage are as specified on the product detail page or accompanying documentation; such product-level statements shall prevail. Our warranties typically do not cover damage resulting from misuse, intentional or accidental abuse, improper installation, or normal wear of consumable parts.
