Ideally, the injection is administered into a fatty layer of skin, such as: back of arm, abdomen, or flank/lumbar region.

Usage Instructions & Dosage

Intravenous (IV) Injection:

Recommended Dosage: 200mg to 50mg per injection, with infusion duration of 2-4 hours. Gradually increase dosage to assess tolerance.

Frequency: Once per week for 3-6 weeks, then adjust to 1-2 times per month.

Subcutaneous (SubQ) Injection:

Recommended Dosage: 50mg to 100mg per injection.

Frequency: 1-3 times per week, with a total dosage not exceeding 100mg per week.

The most commonly reported side effect is irritation of the area where the injection is administered. If this occurs, consider changing placement on the body or use injections less often.

If irritation continues to occur, apply an over-the-counter itch cream, preferably with hydrocortisone, or discontinue use.
